Agreement to Terms

By enrolling in AgentFlow's AI training courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Course Access and Content

  • • Course materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, redistributed, or resold
  • • Access to live sessions and course materials is provided for the duration of your enrollment
  • • We reserve the right to update course content and materials to improve the learning experience
  • • Students are expected to participate respectfully in live sessions and community discussions

Refund Policy

Important Refund Guidelines

  • • Trial Period: You may request a full refund within the first 4 hours of course content access
  • • After 4 Hours: If you have accessed more than 4 hours of course content, refunds are subject to review and approval
  • • One Week Limit: No refunds will be processed after one week from the date of enrollment, regardless of content accessed
  • • Refund Process: Refund requests must be submitted via email to help@agentflow.academy with a valid reason

This policy ensures fairness while protecting our educational content. We encourage students to make use of the initial 4-hour trial period to evaluate if the course meets their expectations.

Payment Terms

  • • All payments are processed securely through our payment partners
  • • Course fees are non-transferable between individuals
  • • Prices are subject to change but will not affect existing enrollments
  • • Payment confirmation is required before course access is granted

Intellectual Property

  • • All course materials, including videos, documents, and code, are proprietary to AgentFlow
  • • Students may not record, screenshot, or otherwise capture course content
  • • Projects and assignments completed during the course remain the student's intellectual property
  • • AgentFlow name and branding may not be used without explicit permission

Code of Conduct

We maintain a respectful learning environment. The following behavior is expected:

  • • Respectful communication with instructors and fellow students
  • • No harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
  • • Constructive participation in discussions and activities
  • • Academic integrity in all assignments and projects

Violation of our code of conduct may result in course access suspension without refund.

Limitation of Liability

AgentFlow provides educational services "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our courses. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the course.

Technical Requirements

  • • Students are responsible for having adequate internet connectivity for live sessions
  • • Compatible devices and software are required to access course materials
  • • Technical issues on the student's end do not qualify for refunds
  • • We provide technical support but cannot guarantee resolution of all issues

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to our services for violation of these terms, non-payment, or inappropriate behavior. Upon termination, access to all course materials will be revoked.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
